The Strengths Ladder is an evaluation tool we created in January 2026. It was created based on research into students' interests, aptitudes, and abilities and was then forwarded to Angel Xpress for use in future career and education counselling sessions for high school girls. The aim of creating this document is to make counselling more personalised.

Climbing Ladders Sensitisation Guide is another resource we authored in January 2026. This guide is designed for volunteers and helps them engage with students on the network. It gives them simple ways in which they can interact with their student buddies in a more empathetic way, and provides answers to some commonly asked student questions. These documents serve as the base of the counselling and mentorship activities of Ladder Leaders.
